ALSO, my office does have 24-hour telephone service, provided by State Farm. Many claims happen at night, and they are there ready to get going. Or, even help quote and bind coverage for many policies, take payments and more. I think you are mistaken with your comment and review. "I have been with State Farm, specifically with Clint Goin's office for over 13 years. I always get the help I need and they are always quick to respond. There honestly is not a single negative thing I can say about State Farm or this location. Angie has been my agent the ENTIRE time and she asks about my family regularly. This does not feel like a cold corporate run business. Yes, they do everything by the book but they are very warm and caring, always trying to find a way to help when the unexpected happens. I have had my fair share of disasters in the past 13 years and State Farm is the one bill I am absolutely happy to pay every month because I have always been well taken care of."
